This has been one hellova day, from floundering in the tide to rising above the horizon with HOPE!!
My kitty Murray is here to greet me at my computer desk as I tap out my thoughts and feelings about my life, here on my blog!! I am ever so grateful for this blog to be adding my life story…
I started this day in such a low mood, struggling to find my way to meet the day and try to stay out of bed which would keep me from doing so…And I succeeded with huge help from my great friend and X-wife Sandra who played the part of a listening angel today for me!!
The ups and downs of bipolar disorder seem to the culprit in this difficult day! I started it not even wanting to get out of bed and meet my day and have come to a peaceful place, as I had one Bible Study at noon and will have another in 1/2 hour with another group of followers of the Christian Faith…
These Bible Study groups are extremely important to me as I weave my way thru the streets of everyday life … I am blessed with PEOPLE in my life who bring me LIFE and I am able to be who I am with them. That and being a tenor in the All Saints Catholic Gospel Choir … oh how this brings me closer to my Lord in so many wonderful ways! I am able to praise God and follow the WAY of Jesus Christ by singing my heart out every Thursday night at practice and every Sunday at 11 am Mass!!
I want to THANK YOU GOD for blessing me with the Gospel AND the Gospel music that I have come to know and love! It “brings me out of myself” and centers me on the greatness of God!! This IS MY LIFE and I am glad to have so many great supports, from friends to family members to a pet like Murray—the cat—to living a life well-lived!
I am finding PEACE in writing tonight—a great place to be after such a rocky start…But I have Faith that God is leading me in the right direction…so glad I could share a bit of it with you tonight!!!
