Tomorrow is a big day…when I was in Mendota Hospital back in 2023, I was introduced to my soon-to-be best friend…Karaoke…I had done it only once before and was totally humiliated because a woman did MY BILLY JOEL song right before I did, and when I did it, it was in too high a key for me to reach the notes!!
But I recalled how at Mendota Hospital I came alive and cruised on into the scene of Karaoke with such fervor and furocity that I KNEW I had made a new best friend…the Mic!
I didn’t know it at the time, but tomorrow I am having a Karaoke machine delivered to my apartment!!I plan on following through as a soloist to my own tunes…hopefully the system will have the songs I truly want to sing in the system…maybe some James Taylor and JOURNEY and the Rolling Stones, much less the Beatles and the Bengals!!
I have high hopes that tomorrow will be the pivotal day of my existence…the day I came alive, no stoppin’ me!!
God, I ask for a special favor that this be the purchase beyond all other purchases to bring me out of myself and into the light and Life of an ever-glowing charism of my heart and soul!!
Why not? It’s just out there waiting for me!!!
