It is a blustery Saturday night as the storm is really supposed to hit us tomorrow. March weather in the Midwest can be tricky…but as Sandra and I get to the grocery store in the morning, we will be prepared for ANY weather.
Tomorrow is known as “OSCAR SUNDAY” as the stars in Hollywood will be shining bright on the big screen, and on small screens all over the world! The motion picture industry pauses for a brief moment to take account of all the excellent films that have been made in 2025!! It is sure to be a grand occasion…

Everyday I check my mail to see if this certain piece of mail comes my way…it is the SSA 1099 form showing that I prepaid my taxes and I am asked by my accountant to send the form to him, as soon as possible. It was supposed to come my way by now, and I don’t even really know who I am supposed to contact to check on it! The Social Security system is SO BIG and cumbersome that I am at a loss as to what phone number to call to hurray up the process. Like staring a killer whale in the face and not knowing which way to bolt in the water to avoid the jaws of death!
I have never been at this place before, of staring down a snow storm and hoping that the roads will be passable in the morning. But, somehow, I know that I am being led, and I know my LORD will ever steer me wrong!! So I let go into His hands all of my worries and frets for I know that He shall overcome!!
I thank You God for rest-filled nights and the promises of a happy tomorrow!
