You may not be able to fathom how excited I am to be back on this blog! I got in on first attempt, when it was nearly impossible to get on the past few days!
I’m here a front of my computer, my tablet, and my cat Murray is lightly pawing my left hand as he lays on the left side of the tablet…he is being a very good boy this morning, by NOT walking across the face of my tablet. It’s a MESS TO CLEAN UP on this screen when Murray tiptoes through the tulips across my keyboard. Thank YOU Murray!
I am ever so grateful to be here blogging this day-after Christmas morning! My X-wife and very close friend Sandra has been such a blessing! She has caught me when falling and lifted me when I was stooping…I have been there for her too, as she deals with the challenges of living thru and past a bout with multiple myloma , bone cancer, that brought on a stem cell transplant 3 years ago. She has recovered well and is living a happy life cancer free!! I am so ever grateful to God for this special friend.
God has blessed me with friends and family who love and support me! I have 5 brothers and 3 sisters, most of whom I am in direct communication with. My brother Greg takes an extra special role in my wellbeing by serving as my power of attorney, and oversees my money matters. He was BUSY WITH ME in the past few weeks when I got involved with the DREAMBUILGERS Program, lead by a marvelous motivational speaker and leader, Mary Morrissey. I was so taken in by the enthusiasm and potential of the program leaders that I was gearing up to INVEST $52,000 in the upcoming year to be a part of this DREAMBUILDERS Program…actually, money that I did not have and had not allocated for in my yearly budget!
Greg patiently but boldly made it clear to me that this may be a scam organization, willing to take thousands of $$ from me, but where was I going to get anything back for my “investment?” Bro Greg was right, but allowed me to, in my own timing, come to the conclusion that, indeed, I had not allocated the funds necessary to follow through with the DREAMBUILDERS Program and it would be a major blow to my financial standing had I jumped into the midst of the Program.
So I backed out of the DREAMBUILDERS Program totally, although I have the essence of the Program in my phone and still believe that it could be helpful in the future…WITHOUT PAYING thousands of $$ to belong to “an exclusive club”…I thank my brother Greg for his patience and insight that I would “come to my senses” and see that the Program was not for me! And THIS is my reality…
It’s December 26th, the day AFTER Christmas, and I am ever soooooooooooooooo grateful that I have a dear relationship with my Savior, Jesus Christ, who has loved me and guided me along my way! My most enjoyable activity is singing God’s praises in the All Saints Catholic Gospel Choir. This Spirit-led group of followers and believers bless me with their inspiration and friendship like no one else. Sheila Bost, the choir’s director is a ON-FIRE leader, as we sing here in Wisconsin and wherever else we are called to sing…Thank God for THIS CHOIR and all the goodness and greatness they bring to the world!!
